CHICKEN RECIPE 
12 chicken thighs or 6 breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix

In greased (optional) oblong pan, place chicken pieces, skin side up, in 1 layer. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Do not cover. If desired, top with light layer of bread crumbs. Or use boneless chicken breast or bone chicken and cut up into smaller pieces, then mix chicken pieces up in sauce before putting in pan (I like it better this way). This makes it's own gravy and is excellent served with rice.
