PECAN TOFFEE BARS 
17 graham crackers, layout flat in 13 x 9 pan
1 c. butter (do not use margarine)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
6 Hershey's milk chocolate bars

Put butter and sugar in heavy pan. Bring to a boil, STIRRING CONSTANTLY until mixture reaches soft ball stage (238 degrees).

Remove from heat, stir in pecans. Pour over graham crackers. Immediately place Hershey bars over top. As they melt, spread them over the top. Keep in refrigerator.
