AMARETTO ICE CREAM PIE 
1/2 gallon butter pecan ice ream, softened
1/4-1/2 c. Amaretto
9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
1/2 c. pecan pieces, toasted

Quickly combine softened ice cream with Amaretto until blended. Pour into prepared pie shell, piling the ice cream higher in the center. Sprinkle top with toasted pecan pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and refreeze until serving time. Very good and easy.
