1 qt. coffee ice cream, softened
1 pt. chocolate ice cream, softened
3-4 Heath bars, crushed
1 c. Kahlua
1 pkg. ladyfingers

Line the outside of a pan with ladyfingers. Mix the ice cream with the Heath bars and Kahlua. Spoon over the ladyfingers. Freeze for at least 6 hours before serving. Serves 6.
