CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced turkey or chicken
1 c. mushroom or cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. diced onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
3 hard cooked eggs

Mix together above ingredients.

CRUST:

Crushed corn flakes (or dry mix)
1/2 stick butter

Grease casserole. Put in 1/2 mixture, a layer of sliced eggs, then rest of mixture. Sprinkle crust over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Use oblong pan.
