BEEF TIPS IN BEER SAUCE 
2 chopped onions
2 chopped carrots
5 lg. mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. ketchup
Butter
Flour
1 1/2 lbs. beef tips
1/3 c. beer

Saute onions, carrots, mushrooms in butter. Flour tips and brown in oiled pan. Place vegetables in baking dish. Put tips on top of vegetables. Mix beer and ketchup. Spoon mixture over tips and vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees in covered dish for 1 hour.
