2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. Stove Top Stuffing (herb flavor)
1/2 c. Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce
1/2 c. catsup

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Form medium size patties and place on a rack in a cookie sheet to bake. Top each patty with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce. The rack lets the grease drip off into the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
