POTATOES A LA EGG 
1 pkg. Little Sizzlers sausage links
1 chopped onion
1 pkg. hash brown potatoes
4 eggs, beaten
1 to 2 c. grated cheese

Brown little sizzlers; remove from skillet and pour off part of grease. Saute onion until done. Stir in hash browns and cook until done. Pour beaten eggs over potatoes; lay Little Sizzlers on top. Add grated cheese; cover and continue to cook until eggs are set and cheese melts (over a low heat).
