SPANISH CORNBREAD 
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 tsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. corn
4 oz. can green chilies, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients in the order given. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 1/2 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes.
