CORNBREAD 
1 c. (each) flour, yellow cornmeal, buttermilk
2 tbsp. (each) sugar, honey
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil or Crisco

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, honey and milk; then dry ingredients; mix until just moistened through; pour into greased 8x8 pan. Bake 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
