BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. stalks broccoli
1 lg. pkg. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar
1 container Sauer's Imitation Bak 'n Bits

SAUCE:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Mix sauce a couple of hours before hand and keep in refrigerator. Cut broccoli into small flowerets and thin stalk slices. Mix with cheese. This too can be done up to several hours before serving; keep in refrigerator.

Pour sauce over broccoli mixture and toss just before serving. Bak 'n Bits will become soggy, so top with bits as it is served.
