ALMOND COATED CHICKEN LEGS 
1 c. slivered almonds
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 chicken leg quarters

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine first 4 ingredients and mix together. Dip chicken in lemon juice. Coat evenly with mixture. Bake 45 minutes. Serve with orange honey sauce.

ORANGE HONEY SAUCE:

1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. honey
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients and cook slowly until thickened. Serve over chicken.
