PEANUT BUTTER KISS COOKIES 
1 (24 oz.) bag Hershey kisses
2 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together dry ingredients and set aside. Combine butter and peanut butter until creamy. Blend in both sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in dry mixture. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 1 inch apart. Bake for 8 minutes and remove from oven. Place Hershey kiss in center and put back in oven for 2 minutes. Remove and cool for 5-7 minutes.
