CHILI PEPPER BAKE 
5 to 6 chili peppers, seeded
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, sliced (8 oz.)
1/2 tsp. paprika
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Deseed chili peppers. Cut chili peppers in small slices. Cut into thin slices the cheese. Beat 1 egg and milk together. Add dash of Worcestershire to liquid. Place chili in ungreased quiche pan. Cheese slices over top. Then pour liquid over top. Add paprika for color on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve with stoned Wheat Thin crackers.
