CHILIES RELLENOS BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1 tsp. salt, divided usage
1/4 tsp. pepper
10 whole green chilies, seed, rinsed, halved crosswise
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
Taco sauce

Brown beef and onion; drain fat. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper. Place half of chilies on bottom of 12x8 inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture. Arrange remaining chilies on top. Combine eggs, milk, flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth. Pour over chilies. Top with cheese. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until browned and knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Serve with taco sauce.
