CHILIES RELLENOS BAKE 
2 (4 oz.) cans green chili peppers
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
4 beaten eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Drain pepper; halve lengthwise, remove seeds. Cut Monterey Jack cheese into strips to fit inside peppers. Wrap each pepper around a strip of cheese; place into greased 10x6x2 dish.

Combine eggs and milk and beat in flour, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt until smooth. Pour over peppers; sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
