MERRY CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar
3 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. light raisins
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. red and green cherries
1 lb. candied pineapple
2 c. chopped nuts

Combine fruit and coat in flour. Combine other ingredients. Add fruit to batter. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown. Makes about 10 dozen.
