MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ranch style beans
1 sm. bag Dorito chips
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. grated cheese

Brown hamburger and drain off grease. Put in large pan; add all ingredients but cheese. Mix well. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
