20 MINUTE MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 lb. ground meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. Doritos corn chips
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder

Mix soups and Rotel tomatoes in saucepan and heat over low flame. In skillet, brown meat, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper and chili powder. When done, add to the soup mixture.

In large casserole dish, place layer of Doritos, layer of hot meat mixture and cover with grated cheese. Repeat layering in same order, ending with cheese. Cover with foil and let sit 5-10 minutes so the hot mixture will melt cheese. Serve immediately.
