QUICK MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 can Ranch style beans
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
1 can Spanish rice
1 pkg. Fritos
Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger meat. Add onions to hamburger meat during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain grease from hamburger meat and add ranch beans and Spanish rice. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle Fritos over top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees until hot.
