HARVEST PORK CHOPS 
1 c. chopped celery
2 apples, chopped
1 c. croutons
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 pork chops
1/2 c. brown sugar

Combine celery, apples and croutons with mustard. Mix so mustard covers these ingredients. Spoon into shallow casserole dish and top with pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 20-25 minutes or until chops are brown.
