CREAMY ROUND STEAK (MICROWAVE) 
1 1/2 lb. round steak (1/2 thick, pound to 1/4 inch)
1/4 c. flour
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced

Dredge steak in flour and place in 12x18 inch baking dish. Top with onion ring slices.

Combine remaining ingredients; pour over steak, cover and microwave at 50% power for 25 minutes. Turn over and rearrange meat. Baste with sauce. Recover and microwave 20 to 30 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Serves 4 to 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
