2 2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. soft butter
3-4 tbsp. milk

In small mixing bowl beat 1/3 cup butter. Add sugar and cocoa that has been sifted together. Add 3-4 tablespoons milk until well blended.
