TACO SAUCE 
1 qt. catsup
1 qt. tomatoes (chopped with juice)
16 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Simmer together 1 hour. Pour into pint jars and seal. Makes 5 pints.
