TACO SAUCE 
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano (powder between fingers)
2 green chiles
1 dash hot sauce, if desired
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Chop onion, garlic and chiles fine. Add to tomatoes and mash until tomatoes are mashed fine. Add oregano, salt and pepper. Can be refrigerated for 2 days.
