INDONESIAN SESAME NOODLES 
1/4 c. creamy or chunky peanut butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 green onions, sliced
8 oz. Chinese noodles or thin spaghetti, cooked, rinsed with cold water, and drained

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except noodles. Using wire whisk or fork, stir until well blended. Add noodles; toss to coat well. Serve at room temperature.
