My 3 year old and I LOVE these cookies! She gets mom time and feels like a big girl helping me make cookies, and her sisters love eating them as an after-school snack.

Hey me and my dad made your cookies while watching the hockey game. They lost. Anyway my dad is a "Health Guard". I SECRETLY call him. But instead we put in half organic sugar, less sugar, olive oil and organic peanut butter. (Oh and I told him with all this healthy ingredients we NEEDED chocolate chips so we added those). Yes, the cookies are great.. I did a little different, I add brown sugar like Patsy said and add a little vanilla extract too. So easy and clean up is very fast.

Try using the same amount of brown sugar instead of white. Very good.

Just got done making these,,added choc. chips and peanut butter chips, I also doubled the recipe. They were only in for 7 min and started to burn. Just had to tweek the timing and they are DELICIOUS!!!
