3 c. squash, diced
1/2 stick of pepperoni
3/4 c. grated cheese
3 or 4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
1 sm. onion, sliced fine
Parsley, salt & pepper to taste

Grease casserole dish. Mix all above ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
