JUST FOR THE "HALIBUT" 
1 1/2 lb. fresh halibut
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. Old Bay seafood seasoning
1 tbsp. white cooking wine or sherry
1/4 c. butter

Season fillets to taste. Dip in wine/sherry. Melt butter in skillet. Add halibut and simmer in covered skillet about 4 minutes and turn for another 4 minutes. Serve with vegetables and rice. Serves 4.
