HALIBUT WITH DILLED TOMATOES 
2/3 lb. halibut fillets
2 med. size tomatoes, sliced
2 red onions, sliced
2 tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Place halibut in one layer in a shallow 8 x 8 ovenproof casserole coated with no stick spray. Arrange the tomatoes over the halibut. Separate the onion slices into rings and arrange over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with the dill. Drizzle the lemon juice over the ingredients.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked throughout and flakes easily with fork.
