BAKED BEANS AND CHOURICO 
1 lb. white pea beans
6 c. boiling water
1/2 lb. salt pork, sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. dark molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash pepper

Sort and wash beans. Add boiling water in bowl and let beans cook. Wash salt pork in hot water; cook in pressure cooker with onion. Add beans and water; after it boils, add molasses, salt and pepper. Cook in pressure cooker for 25 minutes. Remove to bean pot; add 1 or 2 more onions and salt pork. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
