APPLE PIE TOPPING 
1 hot apple pie (2 crust)
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp. cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in brown sugar and cream. Heat slowly to boiling. Remove from heat and stir in pecans. Spread over the top of hot pie. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until topping bubbles and crust is glazed. Cool about 1 hour before serving.
