LEMON DELIGHT CAKE 
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. (2 layer size) lemon cake mix
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
4 eggs

Beat oil into cake and pudding mixes with electric mixer. Add water; beat 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Pour into 10" greased and floured tube pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/4 stick butter
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate, thawed

Cream ingredients together. Make holes in top of warm cake with skewer. Spread over cake and broil 2 minutes.
