NO-FRY MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
2/3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well and shape into balls; place in casserole dish.

1 can chicken gravy
1 can Golden mushroom soup

Mix and pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
