NUTTY HAYSTACKS 
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. Chinese noodles
1/2 c. salted peanuts

1. Combine sugars and corn syrup in small saucepan; stir with a wooden spoon. Cook over medium heat until the mixture comes to a full boil, about 5 minutes. Carefully remove from heat.

2. Stir the mixture with wooden spoon. Add the peanut butter; stir until melted and completely blended.

3. Add the noodles and peanuts; stir until coated.

4. Use a teaspoon to drop the cookies on a sheet of greased waxed paper. They will become firm in 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
