SOUTHWEST TACO PIE 
1 deep dish or 2 reg. Pet-Ritz pie crusts
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Ole El Paso taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 400 degrees. Partially baking crust for 10 minutes. Cool. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix. Mix beans and 1/2 cup taco sauce in small bowl. For deep dish crust, layer 1/2 of meat mixture in crust and top with 1/2 of the beans, repeat layers. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato, and remaining taco sauce. Makes 6 servings (10 with regular crusts).
