KID FRIENDLY SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2-3 lbs hamburger or ground turkey
1 can cheddar cheese soup
canned or frozen corn
instant potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F

Brown meat and drain. Mix in cheddar cheese soup. Divide potatoes in half.

Layer in casserole dish: 1 layer of potatoes then corn, then meat, then potatoes then top with cheese and bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted! YUMMY!!!

Healthy Version:

Use ground turkey, fat free cheese (or no cheese) and make your own potatoes with skim or fat free milk.
