KOREAN STYLE CRAB MEAT - FRIED 
8 oz. crab meat thawed
2 med. onions, cut in half and thinly sliced
1 med. carrot, cut julienne style
1 green onion, cut diagonally
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
7 eggs
Vegetable oil

Separate crab meat into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Coat bottom of frying pan with oil. When the oil is hot, place spoonfuls of mixture in pan.

Each spoonful should form a separate patty. Flip patty over as the bottom browns. Add oil as needed. Continue adding spoonfuls until all the oil is used. The number of patties you get will depend on the size of your spoonfuls.
