KAY'S RICH CORN CHOWDER 
2 strips bacon, cut fine
3 c. potatoes, cubed
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cream style corn
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
2 c. boiling water
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. Coffee Rich (or milk and cream)

Cook bacon until brown. Add onion and saute until done. Add potatoes and boiling water, salt and pepper. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add corn and Coffee Rich. Heat and serve.

Note: For Clam Chowder, add 2 cans of clams instead of the corn and 1/2 cup diced celery.
