Grated lg. zucchini
1 c. flour
1 egg
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Put grated zucchini in large bowl. Add flour, egg and spices, mix well. Drop by large spoon into oiled griddle. Cook until brown. Turn, cook other side. Sprinkle with cheese while warm and serve.
