CHEESE CAKE IN CUPS 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Vanilla wafers
Cherry pie filling
Foil baking cups

Cream cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Pat foil baking cups on a cookie sheet or in cupcake tins. Put a Vanilla wafer in each one. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool, center will fall. Fill centers with cherry pie filling. Makes 12-15. Refrigerate 6 hours before eating. One can cherry pie filling will fill double batch.
