2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Vanilla wafers (12)
Foiled cupcake papers

Preheat oven to 325.

Mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla and sugar to a creamy paste. Place wafers at bottom of foiled cups and pour mixture in. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and top with cherry or blueberry filling.
