1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Sloppy Joe seasoning mix
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. hot sauce
1 pkg. hot dogs
8 to 10 hot dog buns

In a 2 1/2 quart casserole, crumble beef. Microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes. Stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato paste and water. Microwave; covered on high 4 minutes stirring halfway through cooking time. Add mustard, hot sauce, and hot dogs. Microwave; covered on high 6 minutes. Stirring halfway through cooking time. Serve on hot dog buns. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
