HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash browns
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

TOPPING:

2 c. Post Toasties
1/2 stick butter

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

For topping, put 1/2 stick of melted butter over 2 cups of Post Toasties. Sprinkle over the above mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
