HEALTHY TURKEY TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground turkey
Taco seasoning
Salt free salsa
Diced tomatoes
Fat free sour cream
Reduced fat grated Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce

In large skillet, brown turkey; drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare per package directions. In salad bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, and salsa. Add turkey, cheese, and sour cream. This is a very tasty salad for those who are watching fat intake (and even those who aren't). Don't be afraid of the turkey - you won't be able to tell the difference between it and ground beef in this salad.
