SMOOTH AND CREAMY FROSTING | |
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello instant pudding (any flavor) 1/4 c. cold milk 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed Combine the pudding and milk in a small bowl. Beat slowly with electric mixer at low speed, until well blended, about 1 minute. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cake at once. Makes enough frosting for two 9-inch layers. Keep frosted cake in refrigerator. |
