CREAMY MARSHMALLOW FROSTING | |
1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 egg whites 2 c. (7 oz. jar) marshmallow creme Combine sugar, egg whites and water in double boiler; beat with electric beater over boiling water until soft peaks form. Add marshmallow creme, beat to stiff peaks. Remove from heat. Beat in vanilla. Excellent on chocolate cake. |
