CRANBERRY ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN 
2/3 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
2/3 c. fresh cranberries, halved
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch, dash ground cloves
2 whole bone in chicken breasts, halved, skin removed

In 2 cup measure, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes, or until mixture thickens, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking. Set aside, arrange chicken on roasting rack with meatiest portions to outside. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high 5 minutes rearrange chicken. Microwave at high 3 more minutes. Cover with 1/3 of glaze. Microwave at two to four minutes longer, or until done. Serve remaining glaze over chicken. 197 calories.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
