CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE | |
We all loved it for Thanksgiving!! Nothing was left to scrap! 1 medium head Cauliflower, broken into florets 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes 1/4 to 1/2 cup green bell pepper 1/4 to 1/2 cup red bell pepper* 1 tsp. salt 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese* Note: The red bell pepper adds sweetness to the dish. I used the Kraft Parmesan cheese in an emergency, it worked well also! Place cauliflower and a small amount of water in a saucepan; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Combine cauliflower, dairy sour cream, cheddar cheese, corn flakes, peppers and salt. Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until it is heated thoroughly. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Submitted by: Yolanda |
