RICE AND SALMON CASSEROLE | |
1 (1 lb.) can salmon 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 3 stalks celery, sliced 1 med. onion, chopped 3 cans tomatoes, chopped 3/4 c. uncooked rice 1 can mushroom soup 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 soup can water Mix well in lightly greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve 4 to 6. |
